Dr. rer. nat Sherly da Costa, M.Sc is a scientist, research professor, artist, composer, consultant; health, gender, & humanitarian activist; ambassador, poet, reviewer, arts-history-cultural-education & environment conservationist; president and founder who invents, creates, advances, embraces, and promotes humanity values in an integrated interdisciplinary research of geography, natural disaster risk management, humanitarian disaster relief, & sustainable development. She published two science books in Springer Nature Switzerland and Berlin, and Regiospectra Berlin. Sherly has published in total of 7 Books as a Single Author (Science, Handbook, Poetry, and Autobiography) during 2020-present (4 years). There are >141 research she has done from her research exploration in science in Asia & Europe. Sherly is a Founder & President for Resilience for Sustainable Development Based-Environment/RESUDENVI and she dedicated her life for 18 years in Timor (education and humanitarian since 2006). One of the most impressive achievements: she represents Timor as the Indonesian-German delegates (Project, Business and Economic Resilience of the Women Facing Flood at President Barack Obama’s Program, Global Entrepreneurships Summit 2016) in Stanford University and Silicon Valley, supported by the Department of State Grant US. She holds a PhD Degree (Doctor rerum naturalium: Dr. rer. nat) in Geography, Institute for Geography, Faculty of Chemistry and Earth Science, Friedrich Schiller Universität Jena Germany in February 7 2018. In 2019, Sherly represented Republic of Indonesia for the first time and the only one at the European Forum Alpbach in Innsbruck Austria won the Austrian Institute of Technology Grants. She did her Postdoctoral research 2018-2021 in West and South Europe. She finished her research at University of Graz Austria & University of Aveiro Portugal. She is also a Collab Scientist at University of Porto in 2021-2023. Sherly was a University-Professor for MBA, DBA & PhD Executive students in UAE, UK, Australia, and some European Countries. She is a Leader and Coordinator for the Border, People, Culture, and Environmental Justice Program in Indonesia through International NAMATI Network in Africa & USA. From 2023 - present, she investigates the multiple and inter/cross disciplines of natural disaster risk management research embraces all disciplines sciences in Germany through her Senior ship Postdoc Program (German Awards) in her Research Professorships Career. In total, She has obtained >93 international and national awards, prize, scholarships, appreciations, honorary designation awards, and nominees of humanity programs worldwide.
